We founded Perlon AI after years of building AI systems for global enterprises. Now we’re using that expertise to redefine outbound, creating technology that helps humans and machines work together to achieve more.




We started building Perlon AI in October 2023 because we saw the way that outbound’s fundamentals were changing.
The incumbent sales-tech stacks had not kept pace with structural market changes, and LLMs had ushered in an opportunity to re-think everything from the ground up. We set out to build a truly AI-native platform; one that would enable sales and marketing teams to combine the best of human and machine capabilities.
Perlon leverages custom models that can reflect each company we work with’s brand, identity, and unique ways of communicating.
Once upon a time you could generate interest from running campaigns with basic “Hi {{first_name}}” personalisation.
Those days are long gone. Outbound automation has been given a bad name. And until recently, true just personalisation didn’t scale without headcount scaling in tandem. Our passion lies in bringing the gap between the human, and the machine. Utilising the best of both to create systems that enable our customers to get results.
As agentic workflows become increasingly common across all sectors, it will become ever more important for companies to understand how and where a human-in-the-loop can be most effectively deployed.
We don’t think that sales will ever become the preserve of teams made up entirely of AI-bots. Our objective is to give commercial teams more time to focus on the human part of selling, and let custom agents take care of the rest.
